Back in my jumble sale days, when Id be seeking out vintage clothes in the 1980s, a Harris Tweed jacket was quite the prize. However, bulletproof though they were, the scratchy nature of the fabric meant you could exfoliate just by brushing the sleeve against your cheek. Fortunately, times have moved on and those weavers on the Isle of Harris have created a superbly soft herringbone here. The subtle shade of blue are interspersed with heathery greens. The slimmed down peak gives the cap a very modern feel and its lined in a very cheerful, quilted yellow satin. Harris Tweed Fabric
